Dream BIG is a mentoring program that matches women at the University of Arkansas with a student at J.O. Kelly Middle School or Helen Tyson Middle School in Springdale, Arkansas. By volunteering with Dream BIG, women at the U of A have the opportunity to form mentorship relationships and encourage growth and community in their mentees. Mentors meet with their mentees at Brave Girl sessions that offer unique curriculum centered around identity development through community support and cultural awareness.
