
Parker Isaacks
Chair
Parker serves as the Be BOLD Chair. He is a junior majoring in Data Science with a concentration in Bioinformatics. He is also on the pre-med track. Parker is from Fayetteville and he first got involved with the VAC when his peer mentor talked to him about being a volunteer with Be BOLD. In past years he has served as the logistics coordinator and as a mentor. Parker loves the VAC because it has given him so many opportunities to grow in leadership and form relationships in the community.

James Tullous
Intern
James Tullous serves as the Be B.O.L.D. Intern. He is a sophomore majoring in Criminology with a minor in Legal Studies. James is from Atkins, Arkansas, and he first got involved with the VAC when he started mentoring for Be B.O.L.D. and served on the front desk. James loves being involved in the VAC because it promotes service in a way that engages our campus community.

Oliver Adams
Matching Coordinator
Oliver Adams serves as the Be BOLD Matching Coordinator. He is a junior majoring in Biology and is on the pre-dental track. Oliver is from Fort Smith, Arkansas, and first got involved with the VAC as a volunteer in the food pantry his sophomore year. Oliver loves being involved with the VAC because he loves interacting with his fellow volunteers and giving back to the community.

Eshaan Thakore
Communications Coordinator
Eshaan serves as the Be B.O.L.D. Communications Coordinator. He is a junior majoring in Computer Science with minors in Accounting and Mathematics, and he is originally from Bentonville, Arkansas. Eshaan first became involved with the Volunteer Action Center in the summer of 2025, creating promotional materials for the group. He loves being part of VAC and, specifically, Be B.O.L.D., because of the program’s dedication to empowering the next generation by creating meaningful and educational events through the time, effort, and passion of its volunteers.

Ivan Avellanosa
Logistics Coordinator
Ivan Avellanosa serves as the Be B.O.L.D. Logistics Coordinator. He is a sophomore majoring in Mechanical Engineering with minors in Spanish for Second Language Learners and Engineering Management. Ivan is from Branson, Missouri, and he first got involved with the VAC in the 2024 Make a Difference Day. In the past year he served as a volunteer for the Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry and as a mentor for Be B.O.L.D. Ivan loves to see his impact help the people of his community, especially the young men in the Be B.O.L.D. program.

Drew Neff
Curriculum Coordinator
Drew Neff serves as the Be B.O.L.D. Curriculum Coordinator. He is a senior majoring in Biology with a minor in Music. Drew is from Bentonville, AR, and he first got involved with the VAC after seeing an advertisement for Be B.O.L.D. in the UARK newsletter. When he saw an opportunity to serve young men at an impressionable age, he remembered the mentors he had growing up and felt the urge to pay it forward. Before serving as Curriculum Coordinator for Be B.O.L.D., he was a Be B.O.L.D. Mentor for the 2024-2025 school year. Drew loves being involved with the VAC because it has allowed him to flourish as a mentor and has shown him the multitude of ways to serve his community year after year.

Ethan Barrett
Curriculum Coordinator
Ethan serves as the Be B.O.L.D. Curriculum Coordinator. He is a sophomore majoring in Biochemistry with minors in Mathematics and Spanish. Ethan is from Conway, AR and joined the VAC his freshmen year when he mentored for Be B.O.L.D. Ethan has a passion for volunteering and provides a role model to young students. He is able to fulfill this passion in Be B.O.L.D. and give young guys the opportunity to grow into impactful and bright young men.
